How To Get Started
Follow this short guide to configure and launch your Novex Bot.
Log into Novex Dashboard
First, sign in using your Discord account. Once logged in, you’ll be greeted with a clean overview of all the servers and bots you currently have access to manage.
Select Your Bot
Click on your Novex Bot to start your setup. You will see a “Shortcuts” tab along with a main navigation menu at the top of the page. Open the “Bot Settings” section found right inside Shortcuts.
Initial Bot Configurations
From there, you’ll be taken to a settings page where you can customize things like your global embed colors, Server ID, and other system configuration options.
Bot Appearance & Customization
From the “Bot Settings” page, use the “Visuals” tab to customize profile images, banners, and status messages. To set your bot's "About Me" bio, switch to the “Overview” tab in the top left. Click the “Edit” button to start editing your bots about me.

Embed & Template Setup
Once configured, navigate to “Visuals” > “Templates.” Use our official Template IDs found in our Documentation to set up core system embeds.
Note: Template IDs are strictly required for system commands like /startup. Remember to save your work!
Sending & Testing Embeds
Run tests to confirm your visual layout. To post your server embeds, execute the /templates command in your server. All templates will appear live.
Ticket Configuration
Go to “Visuals” > “Ticket Support.” Novex tickets require you to manually build out each unique route.
Click “Configure Panel” to design your interface. Use the “+” icon next to “Options” to add dropdown menus and department configurations.
When ready, run /ticket panel in Discord to push the interface live.
Those are the basics!
Once you have followed this list, you are ready to start using your Novex Bot. If you have any inquiries, please open a ticket directly right here.
